Set up is on Thursday 4th November 2021. Trading days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5th - 7th November 2021.
We will be opening to the public 10am to 4.30pm on the Friday and Saturday, then from 10.30am to 4.00pm on Sunday. This year the Sunday does not coincide with Remembrance Day but we will still have a craftworkers get-together with free coffee on the Sunday morning at 10am because it was nice and it's a good opportunity to let you know about other things going on in Abingdon. Then we will all get to our places for opening at 10.30am.
Potential stallholders who register with us will all be vetted to ensure that our event is a high-quality, genuine crafts event and not all registrants may receive an invitation to choose a stall. However, this is not the only reason and craftworkers should not assume that they are not eligible for future events if they did not receive an invitation to this year's as factors like balancing the types of craft on show also play a part.
Stall Prices are as follows...
Single table £162 / 'L-shape' Double - (made up of two tables) £246 / Outdoor Gazebo £139 / Bespoke Arrangements can be accommodated and will be quoted for...
One 6ft table and two chairs can be provided to Single Stalls and Outdoor Gazebos and are included in the stall fee. Similarly two 6ft tables and two chairs can be provided to 'L-shape' stalls and are also included in the stall fee. Please note extra tables beyond this are charged at £16 each.
Electric is available at all stall positions. PAT test certificates are required for electrical equipment. Finally prices quoted do not include VAT as FoA is not currently registered for VAT but it is possible that invoices raised after 1st October may be subject to VAT.
When you choose to exhibit at an Abingdon Craft Fair you are buying into a tradition stretching back over decades and most of our customers are regulars who have the date in their diaries from one year to the next.
