Terms and conditions for pre-booked and gate tickets

In this document the terms  “we", "us", "our", "the organiser" or "AEP” refer to Abingdon Events Partnership Ltd.

“Event” refers to the event, show, exhibition printed on your tickets

1.      Along with our terms and conditions detailed below you are also required to adhere to the terms and conditions of our ticketing agents, Ticketebo.

2.      In addition to ticket price you may be required to pay a booking fee/administration fee per ticket/per order or any other supplementary fees

3.      No admission to the event will be allowed without valid ticket, pass or wristband. Defaced or altered tickets will become void and you will be refused entry.

4.      Tickets/wristbands only allow access to limited areas of the venue that are being used for the event. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event that is deemed to be trespassing into areas that are not being used for the event.

5.      Tickets should be checked on purchase as any errors may not be able to be rectified. Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

6.      Duplicate tickets cannot be issued under any circumstances.

7.      Tickets cannot be resold for financial gain. If we believe this has happened the ticket will become void and we will refuse the ticket holder entry. We may restrict the number of tickets sold per person.

8.      A minor part of the event will take place outside. The event will go ahead regardless of weather conditions. The outdoor part of the event may be closed if the Health and Safety lead/ Event Coordinator deem that there is an unacceptable risk caused by the weather.

9.      If an event cancellation does occur, tickets will be carried forward to new date or refunded but we do not accept responsibility for other costs incurred such as travel, accommodation.

10.   For safety reasons we reserve the right to refuse admission, carry out security searches as deemed necessary. Anyone deemed to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be refused entry to or removed from the event.

11.   Prohibited items include alcohol, glass bottles and bladed items. Bag searches may be carried out before entry to the site and any such items will be confiscated.

12.   The event site has a NO SMOKING/VAPING policy.

13.   The event site is a nut and sesame free area. You are not permitted to bring in any item that contains either of these products.

14.   Attendees are not permitted to bring pets into the venue. The only exception to this is clearly identifiable assistance dogs.

15.   We reserve the right to change/alter the content or timings of any part of the event due to reasons out of our control.

16.   We will operate the event in accordance with all government/local authority guidance and legislation.

17.   It is your responsibility to ensure that you check all timings of the event and your route prior to travelling to ensure you are present on time. We do not accept liability for any for traffic disruption. We will make every effort to admit arrivals who have missed their ticket time however this cannot be guaranteed. We will not admit any arrivals after the final entry time for that day. and will not be possible after that days final entry time. Refunds will not be given if any part of the event is missed due to late arrival.

18.   Whilst attending our event you may be photographed/filmed for promotional purposes by either us or a trusted partner of AEP.

19.   AEP cannot accept liability for loss damage or injury whilst attending the event. We do not accept responsibility for any personal property that is brought to the event.

20.   These terms and conditions are applicable under the relevant United Kingdom law. Relevant courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these terms and conditions.
